New Update method?!?

Is this right? I can't upload any of my Word Documents onto DevArt- and apparently I need preview images. Uhm... Yeah, no talent for art, no scanner, and I noticed other people who don't seem to have the same problem.

Is it just me? Am I using the wrong program now? Does DevArt have some sort of hate against WD now? Or am I going about this all wrong and need to have the obvious pointed out to me?
